The Abundance of God’s Blessings

This afternoon I took a break from work and started reading my devotional. I read a few pages and it was all about God’s blessing and obedience to His word and I am amazed. It is true that if we can only trust and obey the commandments of the Lord, then this verse will happen in our lives…

“we will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.” Psalms 1:3

Right now my heart is rejoicing to know that the Lord has abundantly blessed our lives that it even enable us to share the blessings to other people in need. Looking back at the work of the Lord in our lives, the blessing came pouring in when we started to share more than just our faith, our life to other people but it was when we started to share our finances to reach out to other people in need. And the more we do it, the Lord blesses us with more. It’s a wonderful assurance that we are doing the right thing and God is abundantly supplying so we can continue doing what He loves us doing. Now I understand and have proven that this word of God is true.

He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he giveth of his bread to the poor. Psalms 22:9

The abundance of God’s blessing is so wonderful because it makes you rich in every good work and your household lacks nothing because God supplies everything in due time. When God said that He will “and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.” it was real because we experience it in our lives. God’s blessing is so abundant in our lives that we always have a reason to rejoice in His work and extend His grace to other people.

Truly, to be abundantly bless by God is like no other. You are rich in every good work and your house lacks nothing because the Lord God is the source of all our needs and He will never run out or be late. Praise the Lord!
